We’ve become so accustomed to not being hungry. Every time we think we’re hungry (which is often not true hunger) we eat. When we’re thirsty, bored, stressed, etc. it is OKAY to be hungry! Eat three meals a day, no less or more, and that is sustainable for most. Ask yourself how much you want it. GLP 1 is a sloppy answer to a problem that can be helped naturally.
Prioritize protein, lift weights if you aren’t already. You want to be improving body composition, not just reducing body weight. And quite honestly, the biggest mental thing in weight loss is getting comfortable with being slightly hungry sometimes. You don’t want to be constantly starving but sometimes when you’re eating less than you’re used to, you’re a little hungry still at the end of the day and thats okay
