Running pro tip: Run outside & plan to go in 1 direction as far as you think you can. It forces you to run just as far back on the return.😂it works. You might need to take a break/walk for a bit but eventually you’ll be able to run the whole thing

Example: If you think you can run 1 mile non stop, run north for one mile before turning around and running home. You can’t stay outside so you’ll dig deep & find out that you can go farther than you thought! My usual morning runs are 3.5 miles, but sometimes I’ll run double that or more if I want to do a long run.
