Is repping 70lb dumbbells a good achievement for a lifter of 2 years , started repping 15s when I started but I don’t know if I should be at a higher progression at this point
Depends on starting point ngl - but this is def above average compared to majority of population, so good on you

Probably bicep curls? Maybe bench? Either way it seems good

Any movement on the bench from shoulder press to flat dumbbell chest press my bad I should have been more specific

Nice progress. Are you actually doing 70s for both shoulder press and flat bench? That would imply you're either not trying or disproportionately weak on flat bench
