Genuine question how much would I need to lose? I’m 140 at 5’2 and I wanna see a significant difference. Am I chopped?

Focus on more qualitative health markers, weight isn’t one. Get your strength/cardio/sense of self up, make sure you feel good, and don’t rely on other ppl for validation. No, you’re not chopped

You don’t need to lose weight at all. But based on what you want, just try toning up your body, you can do this by going to the gym 3x a week and working muscle and doing light cardio. But girl you are not chopped at all

You look great already. Don’t worry about trying to appease others expectations. If you really want to look better start going to the gym and eating healthier a little bit everyday. Just a little that’s all that counts. Hope this helps ✌️

i’m the same height as you and i lost a lot of weight, kinda unintentionally and i regret it so much. i was 110lbs when i lost all the weight and now im trying to get back up. i’d do anything to get back to where i was which was around 135. i finally got back to 118 but tbh if i were you id just work on building muscle instead of trying to lose significant weight

depends on goals but just look up whatever is 50 percentile weight and try to get there and get leaner
