So I wanna grow my arms and I currently go to the gym 4 days a week with rest day in the middle of my upper lower split. Should I start doing an arm day as a 5th day to really starlet to see growth in my arms?

Your split isn’t going to matter as long as you are training your arm muscles at least twice a week. Start your sessions with arms if you want to prioritize them while you are fresh and make sure you are targeting your arms properly. Give it time, sometime muscles just take a couple years to really come up

i usually replace leg day with sharms day✌️

make sure to eat your protein, take creatine, and recover properly. if you’re not doing that you’re robbing yourself of gains
