I was running 2 miles/day on the treadmill with no problems for like 7 months. Then like a month ago, I suddenly started getting SUPER disoriented/dizzy. Now I can only make it 1-1.5miles before I HAVE to jump off or I'll pass out. Anyone know what's up?
Sometimes I don't even get too dizzy, my legs just get all weird and stop working properly and my feet get really wobbly and my whole gait gets too unsteady and I gotta stop 😭

Make sure to eat three meals a day, get enough sleep, and drink plenty of water. As a runner I now the temptation is to stay skinny but food is fuel for the body. Equally as important is getting enough sleep and drinking water.

Need carbs before your workout for fuel, need to hydrate properly you may need electrolytes
