Alright I need some help. I’m a pretty slim guy, 5’9 and 135 pounds; I used to run a few miles twice a week, but I wanna get back into that routine and start lifting too but IDK WHERE TO START and not tryna look like a fool
Hop on the treadmill and hang out a warmup run. Then wander around and start experimenting w machines/weights. Hop back on a treadmill and bang out some post-cardio.
Just keep doing this until you start finding your footing/assembling a good circuit.

Just do a regular split of back and bi, chest and tri, legs, cardio/rest! 8-12 reps go hard and eat eat eat

If you're worried about looking like a fool, just go to Planet Fitness. There's always hella ppl doing wildly odd things there 😂
