Hey so can anyone tell me because if gotten mixed signals. For losing weight and gaining muscle do I just focus on being in a calorie deficit and eating as much protein as possible?

Yeah but make sure you don't neglect the other macros like carbs and fats just try to keep your protein high

You also dont want to be in too large of a calorie deficit. Your body cant build muscle if its not being properly fueled
