Take a deep breath, remind yourself it’s only one day, get some tea or coffee in the morning if you have a little indigestion and just focus on going for a walk or getting a workout in, it can be tough to ignore the signal of “guilt” but try to reframe the nervousness your feeling into anticipation of what your day will look like tomorrow
