What is this great form reset?? Bc I seriously need it. I've become a tragically injury prone individual 😭

Drop the weight, correct your form so it’s perfect, and do not let yourself progress with bad form anymore

Yup I need this. Imma start next week. My forms were perfect, then I tried to push through a minor injury which resulted in me shifting form to compensate, which resulted in another minor injury, which resulted in me shifting form again, and the cycle continued until I'm at where I'm at now 😭 (plateaued and always in pain)

I wouldn’t necessarily worry too much about “activating” a muscle, because muscles are inherently active. If you perform a curl, with a supinated (palm up grip) and you weren’t using a bunch of momentum to cheat the weight up, it was your bicep doing the work, because that’s just how the body works. I think what you mean is you don’t feel your bicep, but I’d just recommend keeping your form consistent and trusting biomechanics, because that WILL be using your bicep
