is it bad that I don’t have a workout split? I lowkey just walk in and do shit but obviously something different everyday.

I say if you recover enough and hit every muscle twice a week you’re fine the split isn’t what determines growth it’s how much you stick to the training itself

Depends. I’d say it’s way easier to consistent on your muscle growth if you follow a split. But it’s really just about not overworking or underworking your muscles.

just track your lifts and do the same exercises for each muscle 2-3x a week
