personally, this is disgusting ik, i love eating hard boiled eggs with nonfat cottage cheese and lots of diced tomatoes, cucumber, and bell peppers for breakfast. the farts will be crazy but whatever. for lunch/dinner usually salmon, chicken, or beef with a lot of veggies and some sweet potatoes/rice. for snacks i like seaweed, drizzilicious, rice cakes, ashapops, nonfat greek yogurt w a bunch of fruit, etc

(assuming you have an accurate understanding of your personal calorie amount intake needed to lose weight) make sure it’s reasonable and over a good period of time. find foods and meals that you like that you can eat big portions of but align with your goals. drink black coffee and lots of water. don’t restrict too much and leave yourself hungry or you will binge. walk often and try to keep yourself in motion throughout the day. get plenty of sleep and eat a lot of protein. good luck!

What if I don't like coffee and I don't really drink caffeine? Also how do I know what my calorie intake would be? I've never cut before and I want to

there’s online methods to find your calorie intake(tho they may not be super accurate). search up calorie deficit calculator- the website calculator.net is decent i think. it’ll ask for your activity frequency and age, sex, height, weight, etc. it’ll estimate your maintenance (how many calories you consume to maintain your weight) and then an estimated deficit or the amount assumed you’ll need to lose weight. if you are new to the gym i very much suggest going in with a positive mentality-

dont rush the weight loss. keep in mind that the more muscle you have the more calories you burn. lift those weights!! also if you don’t like caffeine try to find drinks with low calories but healthy ingredients. i’m not super opposed to artificial sweeteners but a lot of people think it’s “bad” for you- whatever haha. i drink a lot of propel

Okay thank you so much, yeah I love the propels, I do go to the gym pretty often but I'm new to a calorie deficit, will the website ask me what weight I wanna drop down to?
