
There’s no such thing in hell as optimal physiques. I have abysmal chest genetics, ab insertions and really the only semi decent thing is my bodyfat just stays pretty low(thanks dad) you’ll feel so much better if you just learn to love what you have! Regardless of what you think there will always be someone who sees YOUR physique and thinks “i wish that were me”
I got the shitty metabolism from my mom, and the long limbs and bad joints from my dad. Just do the best with what you got. Im 6’4 and my gym bro is 5’7 and he absolutely schools me on bench press but it pushes me to work harder. Use your genetic “faults” as motivation to be better. Life is a game and you’re pushing for the high score
