
if you have a protein powder that you like, you add a scoop to a serving of plain greek yogurt and it’s ~40g of protein in just a bowl of yogurt. add fruit, nuts, granola, honey, pb, cocoa powder, flavored extracts. you can make smoothies, sauces like tzatziki or ranch, add some to pancake mix for extra protein and flavor. it’s just what you make of it. ppl who complain are either lazy or uncreative 🤷♂️
