it’s recommended to take two days off a week but im sure it doesnt really matter, just listen to your body and take it easy if you feel overworked

One or two. If just one works for you, right on. If you're not making good progress/always feel terrible, up it to 2.

Depends on a lot of factors, but generally, I’d say you’re better off with 2-3 days off a week than just 1

Oh you should def be consuming a lot of good protein. Workouts are almost useless (in regard to progress) without good diet and sleep

All I do is switch between upper and lower body 6 days out the week and eat whatever, I’m really fit and ripped I’d say I’m just really “small” for lack of a better word
