You're either bad at tracking your calories or you're not patient. Most people have problems with both

yea it’s probably a mix of both. on days i tend to eat a lot (weekends) i don’t track. but weekdays it’s def 1200-1500 a day.

I mean that your bmr (metabolism) is very low. You need to slowly bring it back up by eating more and minimizing fat gain, at 180 5’7” you need to be eating close to 2400 I would assume

Yea for me it was the same. I had to actually increase my cals for a bit (obviously still b pretty active) to help me w building muscle nd it did actually lead me to loose more
