
It’s so weird like if I go later in the day I can’t do anything until I go I’m not functional as a human in general then if I go too early I can never wake up that early and I feel like I would just go back to sleep. Like I go treadmill on incline and ugh hate it and I used to like doing elliptical but I don’t anymore but I do both
Hi! I’m also short and def relate to the struggle (5’2). It’s def so much harder to lose weight, especially with how low our maintenance calories are. Something that really helped me was implementing weight lifting. I started off on machines because the free weights scared me lol. But I find that lifting and doing cardio made me feel great and I felt excited to go to the gym. Because I could SEE my progress via going up in weights or doing more reps.
