I did Bulgarians without my sneakers on for the first time today and HOLY SHIT. The legends are true, doing them barefoot (well, SOCKS ON), make them 10x easier and more optimal.
I do all stuff like that barefoot and it’s so nice to have your feet planted. I feel like it helps my ankles as well for some reason.

I've been too nervous to do it bc I've been scared about ppl being all like 'Ewwww gross what a nasty bitch, being without shoes in the gym, having her sweaty socks on the floor'
