guys i’m pretty frail (girl) and i want to start to be healthy and get into the gym and get a personal trainer but they’re all so expensive any tips? I’d take even a student or trainee.

Don’t complicate it. Focus on machines or compound lifts to start. Work muscle groups you can identify and just get comfortable with a routine that works with your schedule. Minimum 3 days a week and just try and eat more protein, shoot for a gram per lbs of your weight
