
I dont really eat a lot and i work out everyday like im in a diabolical diet of just protein and very little carbs and i drink so much water everyday along with sleeping at 10-11 pm rather than staying up, but like i skip breakfast (only black coffee) then at noon ill have greek yogurt with a banana mixed in and for dinner i usually have either tuna ir chicken but not a ton bc must stay in the deficit (and also i occasionally have a home cooked meal if im home from college) oh and for a snack if
Honestly I got my heart broken so i use to eat like straight ass so id guess my old maintenance was like 2-2.5k cals a day bc id eat whatever but now i eat maybe 1k and thats lowkey pushing it😅 but as long as you have a lil bit of carbs w a bunch of protein and water and good sleep youll feel alive like tbh ive never felt so good
