I can do like 100 plus pushups a day but my right elbow/ lower arm starts to feel weird not in a very painful way im so confused

You probably have a touch of impingement in your shoulder. Possibly ulnar nerve entrapment or thoracic outlet syndrome. All fixable with pt. Also 100 is a lot!
