I’m 100 lbs, 5’4 and weight lift pretty frequently but I’m having a really hard time gaining weight, any tips?

Assuming you want to gain muscle and not fat, as long as you're lifting with intensity, eating protein, and recovering, you'll gain weight.

I would look into calorie dense foods (nuts, granola, cheeses, whole fat white/chocolate milk) which provide solid nutrient bases but are also easier to eat a larger amount of calories from because of their small size. Drinkable calories made it so much easier for me to able to eat in a surplus, and it’s still 100% possible to eat “healthy” while doing it

I would also try to add more time to eat meals, for example, if you currently don’t eat breakfast like a lot of people, try adding something small. Even just a glass of milk and a cheese stick could add an easy 200 calories to your diet, simple and ready to go every morning. Dairy is a solid source of protein and some carbs

Thank you! I’ve been trying to eat in a calorie surplus but I get pretty full quickly and then it also doesn’t help that I have a fast metabolism
