I wouldn’t recommend weighing in so often as body weight naturally fluctuates and it really messes with ur mental health, just my opinion:)
I’m not a perfect eater by any means, but I’m trying to use spreadsheets to keep me more accountable for eating enough

Or at least you can buy a scale that keeps track of your weight and logs it automatically
Oh ye absolutely, tbh I just like to see the trend go upward XD
I do I swear! XD I just don’t always moisturize/put on retinol
