Fr tho just ask to work in and understand that some people are not advanced enough to benefit from only 2-3 heavy sets to failure, they’re probably new to this broThe point I was making it that because they are new, they don’t know how to lift correctly or don’t understand that too much volume is an issue. Thanks for agreeing with me. HOWEVER, more than likely new lifters cannot go heavy enough to benefit from two sets to failure, and most likely don’t understand what failure truly means and ends their set with 3-5 in reserve, therefore an extra set or two would be beneficial.
