No need to apologize. Try to focus on whole nutritious foods and take into account how filling they are/calorie dense/protein amount. I’ve done it for a while now so my brain is lowkey not thinking abt it much anymore. Costco is great for this. If you know how much protein and calories you need to get in just sorta plan your meals around that and shop accordingly
Np! Here’re the groceries I got last time for example (what works for me will be diff from you): -1 loaf of sourdough bread -1 bag each of avocados, chili peppers, parsley, mint, arugula, tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, red onions, potatoes, garlic, ginger, cutie oranges, green tea, a block of cheddar, kimchi, rice, Bulgarian yogurt, Kirkland protein powder, frozen wild Alaskan sockeye salmon, frozen halal chicken breasts, frozen berries, and frozen stir fry veggies
-2 3-packs of grass finished ground beef -4 boxes of sprouts' pasture raised eggs -3 cartons of grass fed whole cow's milk -1 pack Kirkland wild cod and Kirkland wild Argentinian shrimp each -2 bags of halal chicken -1 pack Kirkland coconut water and 1 bottle of glyphosate free local honey
