As a general rule if something hurts (bad pain, not good pain) after doing a certain workout… I give that body part a break, and don’t do that workout again until I have someone to judge my form

Oof this happened to me the other week when I used the leg press I was too short to be using 😭 Do what #1 said, If you don't have anyone to judge your form, next time take the weights off and do a set just sorting out form Hip thrusts are so awesome, I'd only take them out out if you're just straight up incapable of doing them without injury risk (me and rdls 😩)

I’ve had disc issues in my back before, this sounds very similar to that. I would stop doing anything that hurts it further and go to the doctor
