Bro I have been trying to live with this flu for 3 damn days and my nose is killing me more and more. I already missed the gym twice now. Today was supposed to be the rest day not yesterday. Do I just go hard today?

I remember these days. Thinking that if I missed a handful of days my muscles were going to evaporate and I was going to lose everything. Then I matured and realized that’s silly. Take as much time and don’t hit the weights until you’re better. The first day back will be humbling but you’ll get the strength back in no time. It’s not that deep.

Are you fully recovered? A few days off won’t kill you, and it’s better on your body to rest. Plus, you’ll risk getting other people sick if you’re still ill

Honestly no I feel a lot better but nose is stuffy a little no sneezing so far tho. These are two very great points. ig no gym for now ☹️
