Uh you shouldnt need a spotter for regular reps otherwise youre def pushing way too hard

No its not lmao, I also bench nothing and have no upper body strength but if you cant do the amount of reps at the weight you have then its too high of a weight. Its truly that simple

literally the exact weight i failed at before writing this post, I got through my normal amount of reps and i was like no but wait i think i got one more in me. i did not in fact have one more in me.
