Canโ€™t really tell by the pic back pic but Iโ€™d say Mid back/traps. Obliques, arms, and some shoulders. Looking great though

Upper body could use work in comparison to your legs besides your lats they're pretty well developed

Here ya go. I also do a set of sissy squats as super sets between my squat workouts. Sissy squats have really helped my knees and blown up my quads

For upper traps Iโ€™d hit shrugs, mid trap Iโ€™d hit a chest supported row with flared elbows, itโ€™ll help with mid back as well. Russian twist, hanging knee raises with a twist, bicycle crutches, etc for obliques
