Here ya go. I also do a set of sissy squats as super sets between my squat workouts. Sissy squats have really helped my knees and blown up my quads

For upper traps I’d hit shrugs, mid trap I’d hit a chest supported row with flared elbows, it’ll help with mid back as well. Russian twist, hanging knee raises with a twist, bicycle crutches, etc for obliques
