Upper body could use work in comparison to your legs besides your lats they're pretty well developed

Here ya go. I also do a set of sissy squats as super sets between my squat workouts. Sissy squats have really helped my knees and blown up my quads

For upper traps Iโd hit shrugs, mid trap Iโd hit a chest supported row with flared elbows, itโll help with mid back as well. Russian twist, hanging knee raises with a twist, bicycle crutches, etc for obliques
