Surgery is at least 5k and I dont have that type of money. It would be nice to “deal with it” but when I take my shirt off and people see they always talk about my nipples

It can be, it’s breast tissue and not fat so it can be painful on its own or impact nerves in the area. Mine wasn’t really painful but that’s what changes it from a cosmetic procedure (not covered) to a medically necessary one
