
whatever anyone thinks, it’s always gonna be about calories in, calories out. Someone not eating isn’t going to change their BMR once they start eating again. I’m definitely NOT advocating for someone to starve themselves, just saying that it wouldn’t cause an increased rate of fat production.
that’s totally understandable, if i may i wanna say that 9/10 people at the gym are either A) not really noticing what’s going on around them (in regards to other people) or B) proud of those around them for showing up to stay healthy. Either way, I’m sure even if you feel like you “look dumb” it’s more in your head than it is in others’. Fitness goals can be really hard to achieve but it’s also important to remember that a big reason to achieve this goal is to better your health and depriving -
