I wish people understood what it feels like to work so hard for something every single day. Have it consume all of your thoughts, energy, etc. Then when you look in the mirror you still hate how you look and know you aren’t good enough.
Seems like this is a mental health issue and not a fitness one. You could be overweight, you could be the most lean person in the word- it doesn't matter how you look if you don't feel good. Brain comes first, body comes second

It’s definitely mental. People tell me I look good, but it means nothing. I appreciate it of course but it’s like im in an endless pursuit of something that doesn’t exist yet it’s always just out of reach.
