I feel like I’m almost fit like I can do most exercises, go on runs, squats, pushups, but it’s just like I don’t think people see me as a fit person because of my monster tits and greek goddess body shape tbh. How do I embody fitness with my shape ???

I think adding another form of cardio. I personally love swimming because it targets the whole body and just swim 20 minutes the first week just to ease into and add 10 minutes each week. I also think more back and chest workouts. Just to help lift your chest. Btw your body is actually tea

I think some cardio would be a perfect edition to your routine!! I have a treadmill cardio routine that is killer if you’re interested :) (you look absolutely stunning btw!)

Fitness is intrinsic, what other people see is a product of their own biases. If you can run an 8-9 minute mile, you’re a more fit person than the average American, don’t sweat other people being wrong about your level of fitness.

“fit” is only so subjective but my personal goal is to train so that i’m strong and that im not fighting for air after going up some steps

There’s a difference between fat big and muscle big. And you can still get strong losing weight

Fat does nothing for strength. You will be just as strong if you get lean
