Im mainly talking like exercises/ cardio that just melts shit, foods that fill up while being low cal, hacks to make yourself less hungry while not consuming calories or minimal calories

I lost 100 pounds, it’s really as simple as burning more calories than you eat. I recommend starting your focus on diet and then adding in exercise, otherwise exercise will increase your appetite and if you’re not careful you’ll end up just eating more to compensate the extra calorie burn.

Using a calorie tracking app is the number one thing. I use macrofactor personally.

See but I don’t got the money for glp-1s nor the balls to I prefer to do it legit, if I get down bad enough and have money I’d probably do it down the road

fill diet with lots of either sweet potatoes, or regular potatoes and that’s probably going to be your most satiating component of a meal, try and add a good amount of fiber into the diet aswell

realistically you just gotta think of calories in/calories out, that makes cutting so much easier

For diet, I’ve done a few different things, from restricting myself to one meal per day and eating whatever I wanted to being very restrictive and tracking macros closely. No matter what, I found the best thing to do was to set hard rules for myself that I can’t break, e.g I can only eat 1 meal per day, no calories outside of that. As soon as I break that rule once, it becomes very easy to start slipping so it has to be a very hard rule to live by.

Once I started losing weight just by restricting myself that way, I actually started working out, and then started tracking everything I eat in an app and targeted 1500 calories per day

Walking a lot and going out into the real world and doing things that get your mind off food is also effective. The only time I’ve ever lost weight effortlessly is by working at a summer camp because I was getting 25k steps a day without thinking about it and I was so busy there wasn’t time to think about food.

Foods I’ve found helpful: - diet soda - apples & oranges - low calorie popcorn - nonfat greek yogurt - any sort of low carb thing where they add a fuckton ton of fiber (mission carb balance tortillas, carbe diem pasta, fiber one cereal)
