Hopefully that extra weight is muscle but you should eat less

Calorie deficit, brother. It could be muscle, but the only way to find out is calories in, calories out, and making sure you’re eating less than you’re losing- muscle is heavier than fat, so if it IS muscle, don’t freak out, it’s a good thing :)
