What’s y’all’s thoughts on hitting your step goal while sick? My step goal is typically 15,000, but I’m prob gonna drop it to 10k since I’m sick as a dog. I am bulking rn so not too worried just kinda feel like a bum not hitting my typical goal
It’s okay to take a couple days off when you’re sick. You won’t lose all your progress, but if you push yourself too hard before you’ve recovered you’ll be in an even worse position. Just rest for a couple days
