Get an injury that prevents you from using a part of your body for a few weeks. That’s what happened to me

Personally I would also try and drop your current split too and make a completely different one and increase volume of your sets too cus you’ll gain more muscle if you do more reps👍

Bonus points if it's an illness that makes you violently throw up any time you try to ingest even a single gram of protein 🤩

I’ve tried that method before and it’s super effective. Dislocated my ankle and fractured my fibula so I couldn’t hit legs anymore, or take myself to the gym, or leave bed. 🔥

Oh and when you come back, your gym will have switched out all your favorite equipment for worse versions that are uncomfortable and/or always broken!
