Massive PSA because I feel like it’s not well enough known, carbs are NOT bad, carbs are actually extremely good and very necessary. Mainstream media took the fact that processed carbs are bad (true, no real nutrition) and demonized carbs as a whole
Real carbs, from simple, unprocessed sources like oats, whole grains, potatoes, etc are absolutely fantastic, very beneficial and extremely nutritious. Please do not neglect carbs🙏🙏🙏

Fr don’t flame me but tuna salad and noodles are actually really healthy if mayo is light and light on noodles. Plain noodles are healthy it’s when you add sauces high in sugar or fat that makes them bad but by themself in moderation is great source of energy.
