Tore my acl last winter and had surgery in February. When going to PT and starting to train again I had bad pain in my quad tendon and patella tendon because they were compensating for my atrophy. Im finally working out and lifting light without pain.

What was the key to get rid of that pain? (same situation)

It takes some time and patience. But keep moving your leg and exercising it consistently. Don’t rush yourself in getting back in shape or anything but keep training. The exercise bike makes your knee produce synovial fluid to lubricate your knee and is a great low impact workout for your legs

Oh and once you’re done PT and have full R.O.M. Keep working it and stretch your quad!
