Made in the gym, revealed in the kitchen. Make sure you have enough muscle there in the first place, weighted crunches, ab rolls, or weighted sit ups during a bulk, then you have to get down to a lower body fat percentage than any other muscle group to have them revealed (at least for me, your body is different)

Ngl bro just do sit ups and leg raises, don’t need to do all that extra stuff

Yeah. It’s a bit difficult since I’m already petite and don’t weigh a lot but I want to lose like five pounds. That makes a big difference for me tho. I’ve been doing good with diet it’s just the physicality part! But I’m getting better. Thanks for the tips
