Anyone know if I can loose fat and gain muscle mass just by protein, cal def, and walking 10k a week plus weighted Pilates 2-4 times a week… gym just closed for renovations right as I got home from school bro😭

its prob a typo but just in case do 10k a day! and you should be good w that weight pilates as long as u hit ur protein goal everyday! i would aim for 4 times a week if you can, 2 seems a little low but also i’ve never done pilates so idk what its like

Yeeeeee kinda. To lose fat and gain muscle, you can maybe get away with a SUPER slight calorie deficit. But you should really be eating at maintenance. Either way, just consume a fuck ton of protein, maybe take thermogenic Oxyshred, do your thang, and you should be good
