I wake up early, I work out, I do cardio, I restrict my calories, I eat plenty of protein, I take supplements, and I’m still 40 pounds higher than I want to be and don’t seem to be losing anything. Am I cooked?

if you’re not losing weight in a deficit, you’re not truly in a deficit

I haven’t been setting goals for fiber, so it’s probably different every day. But I often eat salads or will get vegetables for a side, and changed my sweet treats to be mostly fruit.

Bmr calculators put me around 2200 calories for bmr. I probably burn about 500-1000 active calories per day….but who knows how accurate that is

If it’s an Apple Watch it’s probably not the most accurate but you’re probably gonna have to eat maintenance while maintaining the level of cardio you’re doing or drop some of the cardio and cut cals to about 1800 or so
