I need advice. I’ve lost about 67 pounds over a year and I’m at 167 at 5’8. But how do i guess loose body fat without getting too low in weight. My dr doesn’t want me any lower than 155. Is it still just calorie deficit and working out? Thanks!
Yes calorie deficit and exercise. It would be good to have a specific end point in mind whether it be a certain look that’s achievable or a healthy weight.
