It’s not healthy is what it is. You shouldn’t be going over 700-1000 deficits and even that is pushing it
That big of a caloric deficit is unsustainable
Wait I'm confused. you're cutting 1500-2000 off your maintenance or you're eating 1500-2000 cal a day and that is the deicit?

You do not need to be in a 2000 calorie deficit to bodybuild hello
If you want results and want them fast, take it to the extreme
Eating around 2000 kcal a day burning roughly 4000
or maybe want results but give ur body enough time to get them…it’s all abt patience brotha that shows real strength imo.
I mean if I had the time sure but im on a timeline
