Maybe this is less strength loss and more your body just needing to readjust to the motions Bc 3 weeks shouldn't kill muscle like that, it should've given you a lil recovery boost if anything

3 weeks won’t make you lose that much muscle mass. Sometimes your body just needs an “adjustment period” after extended periods of inactivity.
