Older people in the gym (35+) are MUCHHH more receptive to helpful tips on correcting their form than people my age 🫠

Bc the older you are it's harder to get into new stuff and harder to figure it out alone. Younger people are actively figuring it out and no one wants unsolicited advice unless they actually feel lost

It just pmo bc half the young people at my gym are doing everything wrong too and I'm so polite and I ask them if I can give them a little advice and they say YES but they still look at me like I'm asking them for money or some shit 💩

tbh i typically give an annoyed look when men approach me at the gym and i always feel bad cuz it’s usually them complimenting something or offering to help me load weights on a bar😭 just habit ig
