egss, rice and beans, tofu are also good. i force myself to eat tuna the macros are just too good

Do you add egg whites or just plain eggs. I heard the egg whites carry a lot of the protein

either, just watch out if you’re eating the yolks as the cholesterol can add up. but the yolk does have fat vitamins and minerals, i personally mainly eat egg whites tho.
