
There’s gonna be different aspects of going to the gym that make it enjoyable depending on the person. Just being able to see the pump at the end of my session, being able to listen to music, and even seeing people at the gym that I know all make it enjoyable. Also, sometimes when I do dread going to the gym I still end up going to keep myself disciplined. I ask myself: “do you really want to lose all the progress you’ve made?”
