if i go too deep on my squats should i start doing box squats? like i take ass to grass too seriously but i feel like for my later reps theyre not as consistent
If your form is breaking down you probably just need to lower your weight. Box squats are fine, but for general strength training and not athlete specific training, switching isn’t going to do much for you besides limit depth
