Is it ok to cheat on diet once in a while? I’m trying to cut but food seem so tempting

Absolutely. Helps you stay motivated. My calories on my cut are 2400 (Imma big guy and could cut more but I’m not just yet) and I cheat on sundays (rest like the Lord says and watch football). I allow myself up to 2800 calories. Helps keep me sane and it feels like I eat so much I don’t want to eat that amount again for a while so I stay at my calories for the next few days with no problems.

Depends on how often and how far off track you go. I have a cheat day once every 2-3 weeks but I don’t stuff myself

yes and date nights and vacation mean calories aren’t real imo
